Your order will be shipped out on the same day if it is processed before 4 PM (CET). Parcels will be shipped out from The Netherlands with parcel service company PostNL.

Once your parcel is shipped out you will receive an email with our track & trace code number. With this number you can track your shipment.

Shipping transit times depend on the destination

Orders shipped in The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.

Orders shipped in Europe: 3 to 7 business days.

Orders shipped to the United States: 3 to 7 business days.

As we are shipping from The Netherlands (EU) you have to take possible import duties or additional taxes in consideration once the parcel arrives in your country.

Please note that we are not involved in local import legislation. All additional fees are at buyer’s expense. In case of doubt we suggest you to contact your local customs office for more information.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Can an item be exchanged or returned?

Please note that all items can be returned or exchanged. To return the product please use the  return form which you can download here.

In case the download would't work, you can request one by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Add this form to your return shipment to process it.

An item can only be exchanged if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition including all labels;
  • Report your exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Mention the order number and the reason why you want to exchange the item. In case of an exchange, the new article (if in stock) will be sent within 5 working days. Any price differences are settled.

If the article is not in stock you have the option to place a new order or get the purchase price back.

 How to receive the purchase amount back?

Yes, it is possible to have the purchase amount refunded. To return the product you must use the enclosed return form. If this form is missing, you can request this by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We will mail you the return form.

In order to have the purchase price refunded, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition, including all labels;
  • Within 14 days after receipt of the order you must have made this known by e-mail by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. State the order number and the reason;
  • If all conditions are met, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

Note: the article box may not be used as a shipping box. If this is the case, the return will not be accepted. If possible, use the delivered shipping bag to return it.

 Also note that if the amount is refunded, it will be done via the original payment method which was used when placing the order.

Can the amount be refunded to another account?

No, this will not be possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to the account that was paid.

This is to prevent any possible fraud.

Are there any costs related to the exchange or the return?

If you want to exchange or return an item, your will need to return the parcel at your expense. yourself.

 What to do if you received a damaged item.

If you have received an item which is damaged then please contact our customer service department by sending an email to [email protected]. Please mention the order number, the item number and the reason of the complaint.

Our customer service department will then inform you how to proceed further.

What to do if you have a complaint about a worn item?

Is the complaint about the worn article due to a consequence of a production error? Then please send us an email to [email protected]. In your email please state the order number, the item number and the complaint. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible how to proceed further.
